received a response from Jonathon t but was not able to view it so ill try again.

Details:
purchased a new hu700f, at arrived with the wheel adjusters defected.
ie they were several inches away from the making contact.
was told but 'trained technician' that this was not covered under warranty.
who do u need to contact regarding this issue.
