    Question:
    Recently bought a Husqvarna self-propelled mower 7021RH with a
Honda engine. I think it's the GCV160. My question is:
Is it possible to buy an electric starter KIT and install the
starter by myself? Or isn't it set up to take a starter?
    Thanks.

    Thank you for the question.

As a rule engines are not easily converted to electric start if not originally equipped that way.

As for the Honda engine, you would have to contact Honda to determine the parts required to try to convert, then you also must think about the battery, the harness and the switch. The engine at a minimum would require the starter, a replacement flywheel, and a stator, mounting hardware and potentially a new crankcase.

Even if this could be done it likely is not cost effective, you would be better off to purchase the mower complete.
