Question:

I recently bought the P00500N22S mower (96112004106 SN 121010M003651) and used it 4 times...when I tried it recently it would not turn over and start. I prime it 3 times and pull the cord and it starts but then dies. I have removed all the gas and replaced the air filter and it still does not work. I need to mow my grass asap so can you please direct me in the best way to fix this problem?

It is upsetting that you have experienced this failure.

The engine on your mower is Briggs and Stratton and they are responsible for all maintenance performed on that engine.

Please contact Briggs and Stratton for any and all service concerns.
