I purchased a mower and received a coupon from Husqvarna for a free dishcharge chute for it. They sent me the wrong chute. How do I get the correct chute for Model HU800HW and S/N 020911M000512? I called customer service but they were not helpful and not interested in solving my problem.

It is upsetting that you have had this experience.
I would ask that you please confirm the part number on the chute itself that you received.
The free chute should have been part 532 44 15-77, it may not have the 532 on the part. The part number on the chute itself is 437132.
If the chute has this number it is the correct chute if not then yes you would have received the incorrect chute and customer service should be able to resolve this for you.
