    Question:
First I have to say to get this far to ask a question is about as clear as mud.
Now for the question. I have a Husky 450 bought new , I am wondering about sharpening the chain. I have a electric sharpening wheel. What is the correct angle to cut the teeth and the depht gauge ? Or would it be better to use a file and a gauge to sharpen the chain ?

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

I would ask that you review your operators manual.

The information you are asking for angles and depth guage height is listed in the Technical Specifications section of your operators manual.

You can also ask your local dealer for assitance if you need help sharpening the chain.

This "support" site sucks.  I have been looking for 30 minutes how do ask why i cannot register my new walk behind mower online.  Everytime I click "submit" it gives some generic "there has been an error" blah blah blah...I then search for 10 minutes how to call a human and they are clueless saying they would only be able to access the same lame website I did and would not be able to help.  Great job Husqvarna in creating a wonderful first impression with a new customer.  I think i will take the mower back and get a lawn boy even though nothing is wrong with the mower.  Get you act together.

I too am a first time Husky buyer. I went to Lowes for something else and noticed the husky riding mower out front. It was the only husky out there. I knew right away I wanted to buy it, it was a YTH24K48 riding mower for $1899. It took me about 30 min. to get someone to unlock it, give me the keys and ring up the sale. Then, "we don't have the owner's manual, you'll have to go online and print it out". Ok, I did, but it also printed out 30 pages of Spanish which I didn't need. Then, like you, I tried (about 30 times) to register it. I got the same problem as you "page cannot be displayed, blah blah so I don't know if I got it registered or not. And no way could I find a phone # for husky. I love the mower, but I dread the day I need warranty work done. Of course Lowe's don't have a service dept. and the "locater" only shows "mom & pop" dealers who are gonna have an attitude 'cause I didn't buy from them. I think Husky builds great machines, but probably has the worst customer support I'VE EVER SEEN ANYWHEAR. YOU'RE RIGHT IT SUCKS!!!

Could anyone help direct me to the place where I can post a question about Husqvarna walk-behinds?  Making it this complicated to ask any questions has to unfortunately be by design.   Thanks
