    I recently sent an e mail relative to a request from Husqvarna to rate a saw I purchased. Your instructions were correct, however the submit icon did not appear on the site the 3 times I tried to send same, it did on the last one I executed this PM. I would like to make a few comments that someone should address, in short when I purchased this saw on 1 Sep 11, I had not received the rebate offer, it came on 2 sep., or I would have bought a qualifing saw. I called the 800-0487-5951 number 6 times, each time I was given an I do not know or a number that was incorrect, until a lady with a letter T in her first name directed me to 704 597 2826,where a Cliff sent me a gift card. When I called the 800 0487-5951, I was told again that no one new about this offer on the review. I was again directed to several numbers including promotion line, 888 487 2326, and was advised that they had nothing to do with the rate a product offer and were receiving several calls relative to this and before to the labor day rebate. Should the customer support people be made aware of where to direct inqiry or have the answer. Also I called about a question with chain saw and again no answer. Also the site would not accept my user name or password had to resubmit same several times over and over. Someone should redo the site and also get the support on the ball. Relatve to the review I said I do not recomend anything to any body but would tell them my likes and dis likes, that was not in the content of the review, although I rated it excellent. Thanks just a ramble from me on my thoughts. Maybe there should be a link for this type of entry.

    We have sent additional details to our Customer Support group so that they are better educated about the current rebate offers.  Our apologies that they weren't better informed in order to answer your questions the first time around.
