Question:

I just bought an 1830EXL with the 414cc Snow King engine and after reading the owner's manual and the engine manual I am still a little confused about something. The engine has two oil caps/tubes on it; a high one and a lower one. Is the high tube used for filling the engine oil while the lower tube is used for checking the oil level? Thanks.

The high oil cap is for fill, the lower cap is for checking or fill. The option was given for an additional fill to make it easier on the consumer to be able to add oil.
