    Question:
I recently purchased a P3314WSA chain saw and the choke lever snaps back in when I try to pull it out. Any ideas how this can be remedied? I have made sure that the on and off lever is in the on position.

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have had this experience.

Please make sure the trigger is not activated, when the choke lever is pulled out, the choke should stay out. If this is not happening please take the unit to your local authorized Poulan service center for evaluation and repair.
