    Question:
I am sure that fuel with 10% alcohol is approved for your engines. My specific question is; Does the alcohol have any negitive effect on the diapharams in the carburetor? Fuel with out the alcohol is available locally at a much higher price. Is there any advantage to buying it?

    Mr. Bradley,

The are advantages and disadvantages to buying the non-alcohol fuels. The alcohol fuel is fine to use as long as you don't store the machine for any amount of time. After 2-3 weeks the alcohol will start having adverse effects on the rubber in the fuel system of the machine and will also draw in moisture, but if you are using the machine on a regular basis the fuel doesn't have time to start breaking down. If for some reason you go for extended periods without using the machine the non-alcohol fuel is what you want to use.

    Thank You.
