    Question:
About 10 years ago I bought a 141 chainsaw & loved it. Needed to buy an extra chain & went to Lowes. Recommended one didn't fit. Get another, didn't fit. Get another bar, didn't fit. Got to TSC, Sears, & then to a dealer. After some time the dealer found that they changed the sprocket from a 7 star sprocket to a 6 star. I would need to buy a new sprocket (and I would need to pay for them to put it on). Called customer service - bascially tuff luck. Where can I find an "old" chain for this or sell my 141?

    Hi Jeff

Thanks for contacting the Answer Army to post your questions.

If you could give Dixie sales a call they should be able to give you

the part number for the chain. 1-800-487-5951 have bar length and pitch available for them.

Thanks again from the Husqvarna Technical Services Team
