    currently looking to purchase a saw as the last one was stolen. i am looking at the 455 rancher and have seen a lot of reviews claiming the oiler is junk. has Husqvarna made any changes to the oil system to prevent these problems?

    Thanks for contacting the Answer Army to post your questions.

    This unit had a improved oil pump introduced in 2005, and a improved oil screen introduced in 2009.  Since then we are not showing any service bulletins on this unit and the oiler should be working fine.
