    Question:
    I'm a new home owner. I just bought a tractor 2 weeks ago. The model is YTH21K46. When I bought it, the meter show "1"; I just use it 2~3 hours, but the meter already show "13". I ask a salesman, he told me that the machine was adjusted in the factory, it is very normal that the factory took several hours. But I just run the tractor half hour this weekend, the meter show "15". Is it normal?

    Dear Tonyren,

    Thanks for contacting us at Answer Army,  it is not normal for your tractor to be reading higher numbers measured on the hour meter than actually used.  This meter is very important for maintenance schedules and is best utilized when it works correctly.  The best thing to do in this situation would be to have the tractor inspected by an authorized dealer.

      Nenji,

         Thank you for your suggestion. I just call the Husqvarna preferred authorized dealer in West Haven, CT. He is too busy to inspect the tractor, even he cannot setup a schedule! He let me ask Lowes because I bought the tractor from Lowes...!? In this situation, I have to return the tractor to Lowes, can you give me an other option?
