Hi,
Do you have a product recall list? While searching for a repair shop for my "BlackMax" mower purchased at Sam's Club last year, I've noticed that there are a lot of people with the same problem. The mower worked fine for a couple of months, then stopped. From most of the responses, there seems to be a design issue with the valves getting stuck in place, preventing gas from starting the engine.

I searched our records, the BlackMax product is not on a recall list. Most of these mowers have the Honda engines, Honda does not show a recall on the engines either.
A recall is based on a safety hazard so it wouldnt be under a recall, you can get in touch with a repair center that would have any service bulletins that Honda may have issued.
