It sounds like the needle in the carburetor is not adjusted correctly. Carburetor adjustments are covered under warranty for the first 30 days. This repair usually takes the dealer about 15-30 minutes. It could also be a faulty fuel cap, that is causing as vacuum and not allowing the fuel to flow properly.
