There are no known issues with the problem that you are experiencing that I am aware of, thinking off the top of my head. That causes me to think that it may just need an adjustment to correct the problem. I am attaching the Dealer Locator to this response so you can find a local dealer that you can take the snow blower to so the problem can be corrected. Please be sure to take along your receipt showing the date of purchase for warranty consideration. If the unit did this out of the box and just purchased, you shouldn't have any problems getting this corrected. Also keep in mind that any adjustments will only be covered for the first 30 days from the date of purchase, so get it in as soon as possible.
