    Question:
I purchased a vandalized 27' Husqvarna snow thrower with all ID and many parts removed from the thrower. But, the ID for the Tecumseh engine is still on the engine's air shroud. We need parts from Husqvarna to restore the thrower. Engine parts have been ordered from Tecumseh.

The thrower's Tecumseh engine has an ID tag with the following information.
    MODEL: HMSK105
    WARRANTY: (H)
    SPEC: 159914C
    DOM: 03311CB0009
    ENGINE FAMILY; 3TPXS.3582BF
    DISP; 358cc

According to Tecumseh, Model HMSK105 is a 10.5 HP 358cc engine manufactured on 28 Nov 2003 (from the DOM).

What Husqvarna snow thrower models were manufactured in late 2003 / early 2004, what were their horse power ratings and displacements, and where can I get parts lists for those models - hopefully on line.

PS: We have been to the local Virginia Husqvarna Service dealers and they have not been able to help us.

     Hi Joseph,

Unfortunately I don't have a way to ID your model as it relates to that specific engine model. I do know we made a 10527STE which meets your engine displacement and width of the auger housing. You can find a parts breakdown (IPL) by clicking on this link.
