    Question:
I tried calling the Husqvarna Help-Line (through Lowes)for service for my LGT 2554 as suggested and no one answered since Friday. All told I've tried 8-9 times & spent nearly 100 minutes on hold. I finally contacted Lowes directly. My riding mower only has 14.5 hours and now the electric clutch doesn't work and the engine is making a "clanking" sound. Any suggestions on trouble-shooting since no one seems interested in answering the phone?

Thank you for your comments at Answer Army.  From what  you are speaking about it sounds like there could be several things happening.  You may want to check the fuse for your electric clutch, but then again if the fuse blew then there had to be a cause to do so.  The "clanking" sound in your engine could be coming from something as little as bad gas or could be something even more severe.
