    Question:
I bought a 235FR Brushcutter and where the shaft is joined at the engine a light grey grease leaks out. The first one I bought leaked out quite a bit and the dealer felt it needed to be exchanged. This second one isn't leaking grease as bad but I would like to know if this is normal.

    James,

The shafts and sleeves are packed with a light Lithium grease. It is normal for some to leak. It is not necessarily "normal" for them to leak. I do not think you have a problem. If the grease was missing the shaft would get very hot very fast.

    Thank you for your question.
