Thank you for using Answer Army! Have you tried every gear and reverse? I'm curious to know if any of the gears are working. If not, the first thing that you want to check is if the transmission is engaged. Attached is an image pulled from the Owner's Manual demonstrating the location of an engaged transmission. Once the freewheel control is disengaged then you should be able to drive your mower.
Lastly, if this does not fix your problem then contacting your local servicing dealer who can evaluate the issue in more depth will be beneficial.
