    I registered my chainsaw on February 28, 2012. It's been almost 8 weeks, I still haven't received the carrying case. When should I expect it?

     Hi Phillip,

    Thank you for purchasing our products. I would have thought you would have seen it by now. That is supposed to be an automated process when you register and is usually a 6-8 week process. I do see your registration on 02/28/12. I'll forward this to the dept. backing up the process to make sure you have a case on the way.
