I bought a 128LDX a year ago with the intention of adding a brush cutter attachment. I have not been able to find an answer as to what will work on my trimmer.
Answer
To my knowledge the 128LDX will not accept the brushcutter heads. Here is a list of the part numbers for the blades and the trimmers that take them.
503 81 44-01
10" 8 tooth blade. Fits the following models: 120R, 125R, 125RJ, 132R, 132RJ, 225L*, 225LD*, 225R, 225RJ, 232L*, 232R (Before 8/02), 235R, and 240R
