Question:

I recently bought and registered online my HU 700 L lawn mower from Lowes on 4 25 2012. To my understanding if I registered the mower then Husqvarna would send for free a rear side discharge chute. When I registered the mower I saw no place to select that I wanted the chute. The serial number I registered is 04111m005589. I would like to know how I can get the chute sent to me. I contacted customer service at 800-847-5951 and was told they couldn't help me. Please let me know how to get this chute as it is one of the reasons I purchased this mower in the first place. Thanks
