Question:
I need to know if I should take my chainsaw back to the store. I set it up as explained by the manual. I got it running. When I touch the first tree the chain came off bending the chains lower teeth. I had it running for five minutes and lost the chain. Later using the other chain I noticed the tensioner

Answer
Make sure you only tighten the nuts after you tension the blade; otherwise you are working against the tightening mechanism. Then tighten the nuts securely so that it holds the tensioner in place.
