    Regarding the Harness -537 27 57 01

    1. I noticed to hook loops on the front top front of the Husqvarna Duo-Balance 55 Harness, are these to connect hooks on? 2. What is the flap on the very bottom of the Husqvarna Duo-Balance 55 Harness?
