       Hi Kevin,

This model does not have an oiler adjustment, I would advise taking the machine to a service center for warranty evaluation.  It appears we have a mechanical issue with the oiler.

I have the same exact problem with my Husqvarna 141 Chainsaw.  It does not put out any oil onto the bar.

I have taken it to an Authorized Husqvarna Service Center 3 different times, for $40.00 each.  They are unable to fix the problem.

So, basically I have spent $120.00 trying to get this saw to oil the chain.  I could have just spent that money on buying a new saw.

My sincere thought is that this is a design flaw with the saw.  I sat with the technician at the Service Center and we looked at the saw.  Once the oil comes out of the ***, it has to work its way up, against gravity, to finally find its way to the hole in the bar.  Then it has to go up some more to get onto the chain.  Too much of the oil just seeps down and falls out of the bottom of the saw.

I feel that other manufacturers have designed a better method to get oil onto the bar.

I'm going to use this saw until it burns up, then throw it away.

I don't believe that there is any fix for this problem.  I have called the Husqvarna 1-800 number, reported the problem on this site 5 months ago, and taken it to a reputable, Authorized Husqvarna Service Center.  No one has been able to provide an answer, and there is no technical service bulletin or recall or advisory with recommended solution for this problem.

I believe that if you have this problem, the only thing you can do, is just carry a bottle of oil with you and stop the saw and pour oil on the chain and then start sawing again.  It makes a big mess and wastes lots of oil, but trust me, you're not going to find a solution to this problem.  You will just waste lots of your time like I have done.

It is easier to put a rover on Mars, than it is to find a fix for this problem.
