    Question:
I purchased my zero turn RZ5424 in September 2011, and have just experienced my 3rd warranty problem with the unit.First after less than 10 hrs, a rear tire seperated and exploded. Second, the left side transmission drive gears went completely out. And now the 3rd, a deck pulley has come loose and cut into the deck mount where it joins the frame. How many more issues are going to be allowed before this unit is recalled, and I am given a whole new unit. So far no injuries have occured with these issue, but how lucky can one customer be. I would very much like another unit to try and restore my faith in Husqvarna. Thank you, and by the way this unit still has less than 60 hrs on it.And on top of all that, I have to pay $50 dollars each time the unit has to be repaired, for transportation to and from the dealership. OUCH

I only have 47.7 hrs on this mower, so I don't think , asking for a replacement , is too much.

It's been 7 days now since I posted this, and was just wondering if anyone from Husqvarna has even looked at it. If so, could you let me know you are looking into it. Thanks

It is now the 16th of November, and so far no one has even contacted me about this issue, or at least sent me an update on their investigation. My unit is still at the Nationwide Farm supply, in Smithfield Kentucky. I have not heard from them also, so that leads me to think that he is not getting much of an answer from Husqvarna also. I am very near just asking for my money back and going with someone else for a more dependable zero turn, as I thought you guys were. Thanks for any response

I guess this was not an issue that you guys have answers for, so I will just let you know that I now have my mower back, and no the deck was not replaced, but welded, for a final repair. If this is the way that this company does business with it's customers, then I guess I will have to find another manufacturer for the rest of my lawn care needs. Sad that I spent all this money on this zero turn, only to have this many problems with no one to answer for them. Thanks for the speedy response. NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
