    Question:
Disappointed. I purchased a 125B blower 6 months ago from Lowes and have used it for 5 hours total. The blower motor will turn over and fire up after numerous pulls, but won't stay on. The problem first started during a 2 hour use while pushing leaves around the yard by just turning off in mid use. Since then, the motor won't stay engaged for more than a few seconds. Please help me understand how to get the problem fixed? Can I return it to lowes without the original receipt? Can you send me a knew one? Do I have to chase down a qualified technician to repair it? Thanks.

I have a similar blower (125 BVX) with the exact same problem.  I've noticed that the fuel primer bubble does not stay full and stalls seconds after I start the unit.  Faulty primer?  I hope to find a local service center but, witout a receipt I'm afraid it will cost me.

This was my first Husquavarna product.  I too only used this unit once before it failed.  After only four months, it appears like it will never start again.  New fuel and plug to no avail.  With no service center near me, this was a costly mistake buying this brand.  Brand new and it goes in the trash bin.  Back to the ol' standby, the rake.

UPDATE:  On a whim I boxed the blower up and took it back to Lowes to see if they would take it back or direct me to a small engine repair business near by.  Low and behold!!!... Lowes allowed me to return the blower.  I can't say enough about how well I have been supported by Lowes over the years.  It seems that gas leaf blowers in general can be problematic so I purchase online one of the top rated corded electric blowers on the market.  I can deal with the cord for something that starts everytime.

I've got the same problem.  Didn't save the receipt either, I've always held Husqvarna in high regard on the same level as Stihl.  I've uploaded a picture that shows the fuel line on another post and have also attached another picture to this comment.  Clearly this is faulty material.

Excellent picture of something that should be recall.  Thanks for the input Scott.  Luckily, I went back to Sears.com where I purchased the blower and found an internet order receipt showing that I paid by credit card.  Also, found the UPS tracking number which I used to get the proof of delivery from last December.  There is a service center at some "local" Tractor dealer 17 miles from home.  Plan to take it in this Friday.  Will give an update then.

Dropped off the Blower at a local Tractor & Equipment Supply Co. - an authorized Husqvarna service center.  Charged $31 to take it.  Will be refunded if they can get it covered under warranty which it should since I bought it less than a year ago.  Just a note if you are in the Charlotte area.  I bought it at Sears.com and took it to a Sears Service Center where they boast being able to fix "any brand".  Well, apparently, they just lost their contract with Husqvarna and would not take it.

OK, Blower fixed and didn't cost me a dime.  Replaced fuel line under warranty.  Guy at the service center told me that they should have had a recall on this Blower with all of the fuel lines he's had to replace.
