Can you assist me in letting me know when I should expect delivery?
I have the exactly same problem.... A customer center lady told me that I need to post it here. I told them there are many complaints but no answers. She said that's the only way. I asked if I can talk to a manager. She just hung up the call. What a rude behavior!

I am having the same problem...good luck. No one at Husqurvarna seems to be able to help and this site is not helping either...:(
