I would like to purchase the special wrench used to adjust the high and low speed jets on the carb? Where can I get one? What is it called?

Tools like that are ONLY available to certified repair shops. They are NOT available to the general public. If you work at a certified repair shop, your parts or service manager can most likely get them for you.
