    Question:
    I need to talk to anyone at the Consumer Support Line. 1-800-487-5951.

    No one ever answers this phone number. Only thing I am able to get is a recording. The recording loops and replays over and over. No one ever answers, then the call is diconnected.



    Please advise

      Same problem here. Been trying for several days. Surely Husqvarna knows this is happening.

      I was able to find a different number. Was put through to tech support. Was asked for my account number. Told him I was a consumer, did not have an account number. Clearly and obviously ticked off, he told me this number was only for dealers and to call the 800-487-5951 number. Told him it didn't work, that all I wanted was some help with a part number. Angrily asked me, "For what?".  Put me on hold. Came back shortly and rushed through a part number. Asked him to repeat it. Big sigh from him then rushed through part number again. Asked him if he could inform someone about 800 number not working. He hung up.

      This is my first Husqvarna ZT mower. Is this standard service for this company?

      By the way, the part number he gave me was not for the part I asked about.

      I need to talk to someone and finally on this post I saw the first evidence of a phone number.  Seems these days that companies try to get you

      to only talk by email and there is no such thing as real customer service.  If the number is anywhere on the site, it is hidden.
