Question:
Can please someone tell me how I get my promotion product. I called customer service and they DO NOT KNOW nor they DO NOT KNOW A NUMBER TO CALL!!! I registered my product online over 2 months ago: confirmation number : 120718-003704 Customer suupport stated I entered the incorrect sn even though I pulled it from the warranty card. So I gave him the S/N from the actual trimmer but again he has no idea how to check on the status? Apparently no one does as its a 3rd party company. This to me looks VERY VERY bad for Husqvarna in my opinion. I filled out the product registration online in early July and still haven't received my promotion. If I did enter the incorrect S/N, why would it allow me to continue and/or why wouldn't they email me back stating this is the incorrect S/N? Just very, very bad customer service in my book. It will make me think twice on buying another Husqvarna product in the future.

Still haven't heard a word on this? Does anyone know who to contact? Any help, please!! It should not be this difficult to get my promised promotion from a billion dollar global company?
