    Question:
I'm looking at the Husqvarna 327LDX Trimmer and am curious if it works with a Poulan Pro PP1000E Edger Attachment?

If it doesn't could you recommend an equivalent Husqvarna Model. I am 6'7" and after looking at the difference between the 128LD/128LDX and the 327LDX, it looks like the 327ldx has a longer shaft which would be easier for me to use.

    Thanks!

      Update:

I ended up calling customer service and learned that any model number ending with an X is essentially a professional model and therefore has a different attachment style.  The only model that is interchangeable with other attachments is the 128LD, which is a lower-end model (and available at Lowes)  than what I was shooting for, but oh well.  It's got a shorter shaft and will be a little more awkward to use, but hopefully it will serve me well.  The main reason I didn't go with the 327LDX (or anything ending with an X) is the poor reviews on the "Pro" Husky Edger Attachment.  Hope this helps anyone that might be in the same situation.  I wish Husky would make that information widely available, it sure took a ton of research to find that out.  I'm finding that yard tools are not exactly designed for tall people.  Maybe somebody could start a line of products that are geared towards us...
