How long does it take to answer a question? I asked a question on June 5th and still have not received an answer. My question shows escalated, what good is that?

After having my tractor develop an oil leak after less than 7 hours of usage, and seeing the lack of support here on this forum, I'm beginning to have some serious concerns & regrets over my purchase of said tractor.

I hear ya. I haven't waited nearly as long, but it said questions usually answered in about 17 minutes........ what a joke. After my research I have found that every single tractor of my model has the exact same problem.......... premature transmission failure. My question is "WHERE'S THE RECALL" on this product. $2400 to mow for a little over 2 years is BS.
