If this us what u call customer service. You have a lot to learn' there us a reason why people on here ask questions they want answers to there problems. Why does it take u guys so long to answer are questions. I'm fed up with your so called answer army. Does any one in this company take are questions to heart or do you think its a dang joke.

Chuck--I agree with you. I think this site is a joke leading the customers to think they are going to get an answer, but it is not going to happen.
It is my belief that HUSKVARNA management does not care!!
