Question:
This the worst example of "Customer Service" I have ever experienced! Questions are never answered and their phone support refers you back to the Answer Army, which does not produce any results. How can you claim that questions will be answered within 24 hours when I have waited over one month with no results. You make it very easy to determine which products I will not purchase the next time I need Outdoor Equipment!

I sat on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up..........
But let me say I've has a Husky chain saw since 1982 and would trade it for a new one. It still runs great.

John, I would totally agree with you. When you look at all of the posts here, almost all are not answered. Lots of views and some say even "escalated" but still no answers. I have a tractor with 40 hours already exhibiting trouble.
However, also agree with Scott. Have a Husky chainsaw that has worked year after year with no issues.
