    Question:
    On a Husk. 4621, why is the engine not placed on 1/4 or 3/8 spacers between engine and frame to enable the changing of the oil filter on the B&S 21hp engine, and can this be done permanently?

      +1 yes like maybe some rubber bushings to isolate some engine vibration.
