    Question:
I just purchased a model HU775H self-propelled mower and used it for the first time today. The manual for this unit shows an in-line fuel filter (page 17), but my unit doesn't have one. Should there be a filter? Can (or should) one be installed now? It seems like a good idea.

Also, when I stopped the engine to prepare to "wash" the machine (with the garden hose connection), I had a very hard time restarting it. It sounded "dead" for the first 8-9 pulls. It finally started (reluctantly) after 20 or so pulls. I'm too old for that! Any ideas? (an electric start is not an acceptable answer). Thanks.

I was trying to find the "in-line" fuel filter too, doesn't seem to be one.  I wish there was a little better descriptioin on how to replace it.
