    Question:
Read answers ib forum about the slipping of the WeedEater One. I do understand about the grade but mine will do it sometimes on level ground. Is there a manual from WeedEater that shows step by step how to make adjustments to the chain drive? I am not mechanically incline so would need a manual.

Where is support from Husqvarna tech people? I have written tech support and was only given this forum for answers.
Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Thank you for your comments on Answer Army.  I'm sorry to hear that the Husqvarna Technical people have not been able to respond in a timely manner.  In the mean time, I will gladly try to help you with your transmission slipping.

In a very small number of units, the friction drive wheel in the transmission may become delaminated. This will affect the drive system functionality (loss of speed or high vibration). To assist with this repair, a kit with the complete transmission, associated repair parts and full picture assembly instructions is available as part number 532436144.  I recommend that your local servicing dealer perform this job under warranty.  There are a couple safety switches and other items that need to be performed exactly and if not, then it could void the warranty of the unit.

Once again, thank you for using Answer Army.
