Don't worry, Cleveland, a week from now you still will NOT have an answer. I posted my problem on the 16th of Oct. and still have not had an answer. Better yet, my post has now been deleted along with many others that couldn't get a response. This outfit just doesn't know what the term Customer Service means. GOOD LUCK!! (IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, RETURN IT AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE)
