    Question:
I have a leaf blower (150BT) approximately 1 year old. It has suddenly lost power, and will not rev up. I followed the advice in the owners manual, and cleaned the fuel filter and air filter, neither of which was dirty, and this did not correct the problem. I had the exact same model blower before,
and about the same time of year it also developed the same problem. It, however was still in warranty, and Lowes gave me a new one, so I never found out the problem. I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

Well, I found my problem. After cleaning my air filter and fuel filter, as suggested by the owners manual, and the problem persisted,

I pulled the muffler off to check it. Sure enough, the muffler was completely clogged. I could not blow through it. There is a mesh

screen ( Spark arrestor) that was gummed up bad. Cleaned it with some carburetor cleaner, put it back together, and it now runs great,

      and revs up normally.
