    Question:
In market for a new saw. Looking at 562XP or the 576XP. Dealer says the 562XP is a good saw. I am concerned about all the electronic carb functions.

What have you as a company had less issues with? If you have another saw I should consider please let me know.

My saw use is about once or twice a year. Sometimes more. I have used Stihl saws for 20+ years. Still running. I always drain fuel and fog cylinder when done.

When I called the main Husqvarna 800 number I was told post queston on this site. A company tech would reply. No such luck. I bought a 562xp but decided to return it. Talked with the owner of grading company told me the 562xp had issues. They use every day and said saw very hard to start. Have had to replace several parts. Also said in order to replace sprocket had to remove the clutch.  Lack of customer support from Husqvarna I am going back to Stihl.

This website is a joke.. not trying to be mean.. but the word "Army" to means that there are a ton of folks that monitor this site to assist people.

Look at how many folks have NO ANSWERS at all to their questions.  This place is an utter joke 99% of the time.  You might get lucky if someone that does NOT work at husqvarna answers your emails.  and if you get an answer from a husqvarna employee, it is standard "corporate answer".

I was told the same thing when I called the 800 number.. "go to the website, they will answer all of your questions"... good one... they pawn you off to someone else, then to a site, then to anotehr person and the end user gets frustrated and throws the saw in the trash.

they should have 500 people monitoring this site at all times. this is supposed to be a website support page for a multi billion dollar company??????????? they sell everything from chainsaws to garbage "riding lawn mowers" to generators to tillers.

People out there IN THE WORLD really need help but this is NOT the place to get help at.

if you do not believe me, look at how many unasnwered posts there are from 3-4 years ago. NOONE at this site sees these posts from that long ago? noone answers them?

I am utterly disgusted with the support that husqvarna provides.. and I own 10 of their chainsaws from 1980-2003.. but they were a different company then as well.

i will NEVER buy anything new from them. EVER.    This website is PROOF that the company does NOT CARE about the consumer once the purchase is made.
