    Question:
    When we bought our new walk-behind mower HU600L there was a card enclosed for a free rear side discharge chute. We registered the mower but have never received the chute. The part number on the card is 441831 but that may well be incorrect since the customer service number on the card 1 800 487 5993 is a FAX number!!! I found another C.S. number online but when I got through they told me they know nothing about the free chute and they did not have a number to refer me to someone who did know! Please send information as to how I can get the free chute. Thank you.

      Cynthy,

      That program ended in 2011. You must have gotten last years model to have that card. You need to get into a dealer to see if they can order you one.

        I bought the 700L and have the same issue. 1: The card does not say it expires in 2011. 2: We should not have to go to a dealer and PAY for a part that is advertised as FREE
