No due the way these crankshaft assemblies are put together. The rod is basic one piece with bearing pressed in. The crankshaft itself is three pieces pressed together with the rod being added during the process. If the pieces were available separately you need a hydraulic press and a jig to algin everything correctly. Most shop techs don't the skills and equipment to do this correctly and it is easier to stock the whole assembly then the individual parts as would actually increase the parts cost and the likelihood of ill fitted parts.
