As I noted, I've adjusted the deck and it's level. Blade distance is the same between ground and blade for all (3) blades. Deck adjustment has not improved the cutting gap between blades. I still have 4-6" of lawn that remains between the center and left blade that isn't cut to the same height.
It sounds that you have troubleshooted through this model fairly well. After speaking with someone else, there may be several possible issues including the deck pitch, spindle, and blades. I recommend contacting your local servicing dealer and allowing them to evaluate your mower. Below is a link to the dealer locator and thank you again for contacting Answer Army.
I have had the same problem. Some things to check:
Is the mowrr deck level? Make sure you are parked on a level surface to check.
Are all tires inflated to the proper level? Even one low tire can make a difference.
Is the grass very tall? In higher grass, the front blade sometimes causes the grass to lie down and the blades miss it.
Did you grease all spindles before mowing?
