Question:

I purchased a Weedeater One WE261 on March 18, 2010. The steering wheel does not work. I am unable to steer or operate this mower. I have been unable to use it now for almost 2 months. I paid $650.00 for this mower, and I know it is under warranty. I purchased it from Wal Mart and I need to know how I can get it fixed?

Hi Sandra,

Thanks for using Answer Army. If you go to www.weedeater.com and click on the dealer locator tab, then put in your zip code you will be able to find a list of dealers in your area. Then they will be able to do the work that needs to be done. Thanks again for using Answer Army!
