i purchased a hu800awd and just used it for the first time on saturday i was using it as a mulcher and it kept leaving clumps of cut grass all over my yard. the gras is dry what can i do to stop this? i dont want to return the mower because it cuts great. please help

Good luck with this. I have been fighting husqarna for a year now on this issue. They don't care. I have called in six times on this with lots of suggestions but no solutions. The last time I called the guy said they are flooded with calls about this problem. He said they came up with a new blade that fixes the problem. I said great. He said it's only $37.00. What ?? Your going to charge me to make it do what it's supposed to do?? He wouldn't give it to me without a credit card number. I was pissed but I gave in and said ok I want the new blade. Guess what. The blade showed up and it was the exact same blade that was already on the mower. It didn't solve anything. The problem is the mulch plug that is attached to the chute door. It's too small. It doesn't fill the entire void. Grass fills up in the pocket and then falls out. I asked the dealer about a refund and they refused. (Small private owned hardware store). They said I should design my own much plug. What a bunch of BS
