Question:
I recently purchased Husqvarna 128LD. When I registered it on 04/26/2014, I attached a receipt indicating that I bought three cans of your gas mix along with my purchase of 128LD. How can I get confirmation that you actually received the above receipt and that my warranty has been extended? I want to see in writing that my warranty has been extended. My confirmation number is 140426-001341. When I called your consumer assistance line, the representative could not provide me with this answer and suggested that I ask the Answer Army.

Has Answer Army answered this question yet ? How are we suppose to file for the extended warranty ( I purchased the Premix gasoline).

Don't hold you breath waiting for an answer, looks like the "Army" retreated several years ago. I think an open dialog between users is a tremendous resource, but with no Husqvarna moderators, users are left to fend for themselves. It's sad, they have great products but a poor support system in place.
