    Question:
I have 2 Husqvarna 125B Hand Held Blowers and I have 2 separate problems with both of them.

How do I replace/repair the Carburetor Boot. The Boot allows the Carburetor to move around.
The machine screws(passing thru the Boot) and nuts are not stripped.
I have removed the Carburetor and other items in an attempt to remove the Boot. I need to know how the Boot is attached to the Cylinder/Block.

Also, how do I make adjustments on the Carburetor so I don't have to run the Blower with the Choke in the halfway position to keep the Engine running. If the Choke is wide open, the Engine will not run at all. Please provide me with the answers to the above questions.
    Thank you.

You need a spline carburetor adjustment tool to do the carburetor adjustments. This EPA mandated adjustment so most times the service centers are they are only ones that can legally do it. EPA has some fairly stiff fines that they can impose if they so desire. The tool is available via Ebay and was about $25.00 plus shipping the last time I check.

To replace the boot you need to remove the carburetor. Exactly how you do it is something I simply don't remember how the 125B intake was setup. I have only had one of these in my shop and it got a carburetor replacement due to it was leaking fuel but that was over a year ago.

Once you fix that problem with carburetor boot you may find that the carburetor doesn't need adjusting.
