String Trimmers

Good evening,

I need your help with two products. First off I have a less than 1 year old 223l string trimmer. Today the trimmer head stopped spinning. Ive removed the head and checked the shaft the shaft is not broken and still has the square on each end. Both ends are securely in both drive ends. The motor runs fine as well. Not sure how to check the clutch operation. I believe the problem to be the bevel gear. There is excessive noise coming from the bevel gear assembly. Why after less than 1 year of use in Massachusetts so actual use is probably every other weekend for 4 months would the bevel gear go? I did check it for grease upon purchasing, plenty in there now and then.

2nd product question. Purchased a model 445 chainsaw 3 years ago. Since day one the bar oil completely leaks out of the reservoir over a few weeks. Brought it back to dealer. They looked at and said they could find nothing wrong. I find it hard to believe that this is normal. Every bit of oil is in the carrying case after several weeks.

Please help! Very dissatisfied with Husqvarna products.
