    Question:
My new 130BT requires a "hard pull" to override the compression at start/up. Where is the compression relief valve located on the engine and can it possibly be stuck shut requiring the "hard pull". I only have one hour use of the unit....can I expect the compresson relief valve to start working after several stop/starts?
    Details:

    The unit has a Sr# 41000699

There is no decompression system of the 130BT.

Suggest pulling the engine through and stop at the top of the compression stroke. Let the starter retract the rope and re-engage the starter and pull briskly. This should allow the engine to build up speed before the next compression stroke.

Sorry ....I have a 350BT and not the 130BT which I posted in error....Am still looking for the "Decompression Valve" which I suspect to be on the top of engine, however will need to remove the plastic couling to confirm if it is operating properly.
